Before we create something for young people, we need to listen to them.
That’s the idea behind the consultation phase of EcoSocial Voices.
Across the partner countries, youth workers, experts and local stakeholders are coming together through Local Multidisciplinary Assemblies (LMAs) and consultation meetings — online and face-to-face.
The goal is simple: to understand what people working directly with young people actually experience, what challenges they face, and what knowledge and skills Youth Worker Ambassadors will need throughout the project.
Because good learning resources don’t start with assumptions.
They start with conversations.
By collecting real experiences before developing training materials, the project is working towards practical tools that respond to real needs — not imagined ones.
