Oveview
EYEWEAR supported young women in exploring entrepreneurship as a viable and inspiring career path. Through workshops, digital tools, and storytelling, the project provided accessible resources to boost self-confidence, skills, and visibility of female entrepreneurs.
Objectives
- Inspire young women through authentic entrepreneurial role models.
- Provide inclusive and practical tools to explore entrepreneurship.
- Strengthen youth organizations in gender-sensitive pedagogy.
Activities
- International Workshops: La Réunion (2024) & The Hague (2025).
- Local Workshops: Additional sessions in Saint Paul and Bras Panon (2025).
- Digital Tools: Development of a self-assessment questionnaire for entrepreneurship.
- Podcast Series: Stories of female entrepreneurs shared on Spotify & YouTube.
Impact & Outcomes
- 50+ young women directly engaged through workshops.
- Self-assessment tool piloted and refined, with uptake across Europe.
- Podcast series reaching international audiences.
- Strengthened networks between youth, educators, and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
- Increased visibility of young female entrepreneurs in Europe and beyond.
