We just wrapped up two exciting days of workshops focused on podcast creation and entrepreneurship, especially for women as part of the EYEWEAR project! 🎙️ Here’s what we covered:
📅 Day 1:
The first day began with warming-up activities and an introduction to the EYEWEAR project. We engaged in a meaningful discussion about #entrepreneurship, particularly the challenges and successes that #womenentrepreneurs face. The day continued with a collaborative #podcast #scriptwriting session, where we brainstormed important topics, such as #leadership, #personalgrowth, and strategies for overcoming #BusinessChallenges. We wrapped up with reflections and feedback from the group.
📅 Day 2:
Our second day was all about hands-on podcast creation! We recorded interviews and video content, focusing on topics such as #EntrepreneurialResilience, #buildingsuccessfulteams, and the role of #InnovationInBusiness. The day ended with feedback, closing remarks, and certificates for all participants.

🌅 Alongside the insightful podcast sessions, we enjoyed the beautiful landscapes of Réunion Island through a cultural program: the team explored the stunning La Truite de Langevin waterfalls and the breathtaking volcanic coast at Cap Méchant. We were fortunate to spend time on bonding activities in Saint-Gilles les Bains, followed by an inspiring boat tour to enjoy the ocean and sunset. We wrapped up with a refreshing swim at Playa de Manapany. 🌿🌅.
