🎙️ New Podcast Episode — Mentorship Programme for Young People
For a while now, we’ve been working on a mentorship programme for young people who are interested in studying in the Netherlands — or are already getting ready to move here for their studies. But before building it into something more structured, we wanted to better understand what students actually want to know, what they worry about and what they wish someone had told them beforehand.
That’s partly why we’re starting this podcast series.
As part of the programme, we’ll be having open conversations about studying abroad, adapting to life in a new country, university systems, opportunities, expectations and all the small realities that usually stay outside official brochures.
In the first episode, our host talks with Dimitar, a graduate from a Dutch university, about why he chose the Netherlands, what his first experiences here looked like, and the challenges and surprises that came with moving abroad as a student.
It’s not a “perfect guide” to studying internationally — just a real conversation, personal experiences and hopefully the beginning of a wider dialogue with future students as well.
