The Gender Equality Forum 2026 is looking for 35 young people (18–30) to join policymakers, activists, researchers, employers and civil society leaders in discussing how gender equality can drive innovation, strengthen economies and create more inclusive opportunities across Europe.
The programme includes debates, workshops, inspirational talks and interactive discussions—and selected participants won’t just listen, they’ll actively contribute.
