Can a group of strangers become a team in a single day? #ECOSTEPS

Projects

10/06/2026

Today was the first full day of the EcoSteps Youth Exchange in Lębork, Poland. Young people from the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Hungary came together to start a shared journey focused on sustainability, environmental awareness and intercultural learning.
Through icebreakers, team-building activities, games and plenty of laughter, participants began getting to know one another beyond names and nationalities. We also explored our expectations for the week ahead and shared environmental challenges from our different countries, discovering how many of them are connected.
New friendships, new perspectives and many conversations have already begun — and this is only Day 1.
