Can young people fight hate speech through art?
We believe they can.
Earlier this year, we invited young people from across Europe to share their ideas about inclusion, respect and diversity through art. Last week, their works came together at the UNITY student art exhibition in Suceava, Romania.
The exhibition took place during the 3rd Transnational Meeting of @unity_project_cerv – Uniting Youth against Intolerance project. Alongside it, participants also joined the “Words That Change Worlds” flashmob, celebrating the International Day Against Hate Speech and showing how creativity can spark conversations that matter.
Every artwork told a different story, but together they carried the same message: empathy is stronger than hate, and dialogue is stronger than division.
