Day two in Reus unfolded through conversations on equality, safe workplacesmand inclusive leadership — with sessions that grounded big ideas in real structures, data and lived experience.
Later in the day, we hosted a reflective workshop inviting participants to write a letter to their future selves. The exercise focused on looking honestly at the sustainability and impact of their work, naming hopes, questions, and intentions for the year ahead.
These letters will be emailed back in one year — a quiet moment of return, reflection, and accountability. What stayed with us was how openly people engaged, taking time to pause and articulate what they want their work to stand for.
A day that balanced knowledge, reflection and care — and reminded us how much space matters when thinking about the future together.
