As ESConference enters its third day, the conversations continue to unfold beyond objects and services — toward systems, structures and shared responsibility.

For MVidee, being here is part of our broader work at the intersection of education, inclusion and creative practice. We contribute to the programme through our involvement in the Let Her In Network, sharing perspectives on inclusion, safe spaces and systemic collaboration. Over these days, we’ve engaged in dialogue on how systemic approaches can support more just, caring and sustainable ways of working — and how those insights travel back into projects with young people, educators and communities across Europe.
