Good learning doesn’t start with a template. It starts with listening.
Before creating the learning materials for EcoSocial Voices, project partners first looked at what youth workers, experts and local stakeholders actually need.
Now those insights are becoming practical learning modules.
Each partner brings their own expertise, while common guidelines and templates help connect the different contributions into one coherent learning programme.
The goal is simple: not to create resources that look good on paper, but tools that can actually be used in everyday youth work.
Because the best learning materials are rarely created in isolation. They grow from experience, conversation and the people who will eventually use them.
