How many times have you heard a young person say, “Nobody asked us”?
Whether it’s about the environment, public spaces or life in their community, the topic may change — but the feeling is often the same.
Too often, young people are invited into the conversation only after the important decisions have already been made.
EcoSocial Voices is taking a different approach.
Youth workers from five countries are learning practical ways to help young people observe what’s happening around them, ask better questions and turn local concerns into meaningful conversations.
Not by speaking for young people. But by helping them speak for themselves.
Along the way, they’ll bring together local communities, educators, organisations and decision-makers. Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t finding solutions — it’s getting everyone around the same table.
And that’s where real change often begins.
