Today marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for 2 of our team members as they kicked off their LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator training!
LEGO® Serious Play® is a powerful, hands-on methodology that uses LEGO bricks to build 3D models representing ideas, challenges, and goals. It’s all about encouraging creative thinking, deep reflection, team collaboration, and storytelling through building.
On the first day of training, they explored:
🔹 The history and core principles of LEGO® Serious Play®
🔹 Practical exercises using LEGO bricks for expression
🔹 Building individual models to represent abstract concepts
🔹 Sharing personal stories through metaphors and models
