On Day 3 of the EcoSteps Youth Exchange, participants explored the Erasmus+ programme and learned more about the differences between Youth Exchanges and Training Courses.
We then turned our attention to climate change. Each national team presented the environmental challenges they consider most relevant in their country and discussed how these issues impact local communities. Rather than focusing only on global trends, participants reflected on the challenges they experience in their everyday lives and the realities shaping their future.
The day ended with a cultural evening hosted by the Norwegian and Lithuanian teams. Alongside traditional food, music and dances, participants had the opportunity to learn more about each country’s culture, traditions and way of life.
Learning about sustainability also means learning from one another.
