During our podcast workshop, every group took “regeneration” in a completely different direction — and this trio took it straight into the digital world. Their session began with a simple question: What does it mean to live a regenerative digital life when technology constantly pulls at your attention? From there, the conversation unfolded into something honest, reflective, and surprisingly funny.
Max, Jana and Niko dove into what drains their energy online, why their phones boss them around more than they’d like to admit, and how shortcuts, notifications, and design choices shape daily well-being. Guided by Dr. Liliya Terzieva’s steady mentorship, they explored whether technology can actually give energy back — or whether regeneration must ultimately come from human connection, rest, and meaning beyond screens.
It’s a lively mix of questioning, humour and vulnerability — the kind that happens when people stop trying to sound “perfect” and simply think out loud together. A reminder that regeneration isn’t only about nature or creativity; sometimes it starts with asking why your phone is trying to schedule your entire life for you.
More podcast moments coming soon — each one capturing a different corner of this workshop’s energy.
