REGENERATIVE VISIONS | PODCAST MOMENT #4

Projects

03/12/2025

Featuring Vitlena, co-founder of MVidee)

Some podcast moments hit differently — not because they’re loud or dramatic, but because they come from someone who has spent years shaping the values of this organisation.
This episode is exactly that.

In her recording, Vitlena reflects on how her understanding of sustainability has changed — not in a seminar or a policy debate, but slowly, almost quietly, through experience. Moving to the Netherlands, attending a single lecture in Brussels, noticing how everyday habits shift when the environment around you shifts too.

Her message is simple and powerful: regeneration begins with the smallest decisions.
A reusable water bottle. Turning off the lights. Rethinking what “my actions don’t matter” really means.

Her story also opens a bigger question — one we often avoid: how do we communicate responsibly in a digital world where the most engaging content is often the least ecological? Heavy visuals, videos, energy-intensive platforms… how do we balance visibility with responsibility?

There are no easy answers, but this project is exactly where those conversations belong — between people who are trying, changing, and learning in real time.

A rare, honest episode from someone who thinks about regeneration not as a trend, but as a daily practice.
