During our recent Regenerative Visions workshop on podcast creation, something subtle but powerful happened: the room shifted from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “wait… maybe I actually can.” Everyone arrived with different ideas, but once the microphones came out, stories began unfolding in ways none of us expected.
Our first snippet comes from Elizabeth and Daria — two participants who realised that their long walks and brilliant late-night conversations were already half a podcast. The workshop simply gave them the nudge to try it for real. They talked about inspiration arriving when you stop doubting yourself, about stretching your own limits, and about how taking one small creative risk can open a whole new direction.
It’s the kind of moment that makes this project exciting: seeing an idea that once lived quietly in someone’s head suddenly take shape.
