Yesterday our group continued the learning programme in the Netherlands with an immersive visit to ROC Mondriaan - one of the leading vocational training institutions in the region of The Hague. 🇳🇱✨
We explored how Mondriaan connects education and the labour market through:
🔹 practical learning environments
🔹 collaboration with employers
🔹 flexible progression routes between levels
🔹 skill recognition through micro-credentials
Another one of the highlights of the day was learning about the International Hotel & Management School, where students learn in real hospitality settings - restaurants, barista labs, hotel rooms and event areas.
We:
✔ compared national VET approaches
✔ exchanged good practices
✔ identified solutions that we can transfer to our organisations and countries
