Today we gathered online with partners for Beyond the Screen — a project focused on supporting and motivating adult educators working in digital environments.
The focus of this session was the development of our self-assessment tool. We reviewed questions on digital resources, technical conditions, motivation and personal presence on camera — and reflected on what truly sustains people who teach online and what gradually drains their energy.
These conversations are practical, honest and grounded in experience. Step by step, we’re shaping a tool that educators can genuinely use in their daily work.
