What does a Dutch team look like?
Ours came together from different horizons. Some of us arrived in the Low Lands from the mountains of Bulgaria, others from the warmth of Spain or the rich cultural landscapes of Syria. Along the way, we were joined by a Dutch group leader who helped us navigate local customs, traditions and everyday life.
During the EcoSteps Youth Exchange in Poland, we realised our team reflected something very Dutch: different backgrounds, different stories and different perspectives, yet a shared willingness to work together and contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
Independent but never isolated. Diverse but united.
Different roots. Shared ground.
