What makes an online learning experience truly valuable?
After our second Beyond the Screen webinar, the feedback highlighted the elements that matter most in online learning: a well-organised programme, an interactive format, open dialogue and a welcoming atmosphere where participants feel comfortable sharing ideas and experiences.
Another important takeaway was the value of providing more context about the project at the beginning of each session. Understanding the project’s goals and journey helps participants engage even more deeply with the topics discussed.
Thoughtful feedback like this helps us keep improving and create learning experiences that are not only informative, but also collaborative, inclusive and inspiring.
