You don’t have to tick every box. If you meet around 70% of what a role requires, you may already have enough to start — because a good position should also give you room to learn, grow and develop.
A 100% match might look perfect on paper. But if you already know exactly how to do everything, where is the challenge? Where is the curiosity? Where is the next step?
So instead of asking yourself:
“Am I qualified enough?”
try asking:
“Do I have enough to start — and enough curiosity to grow?”
