✅ The CARE Transnational Project Meeting in Reus has successfully concluded!

Over two fruitful days (27–28 May 2025), our partners from across Europe gathered to share updates, strengthen collaboration, and shape the next phases of the CARE – language eduCation for inclusion of immigrAnt minoRity studEnts project (No. 2024-1-PL01-KA220-SCH-000256498).

🔍 A central focus was the progress of national focus groups, now well underway. These sessions are gathering critical feedback from educators and stakeholders on the challenges, supports, and perceptions of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning)—especially in multilingual classrooms where subjects like math, science, and history are taught in the host country’s language, helping pupils build both academic and language proficiency.

📚 Another major milestone: the Desk Research and Methodology has officially been launched and disseminated—laying the foundation for our upcoming outputs, including the CLIL course outline, BICS and CALP modules, and the TELMS-based digital mentoring programme.

🧠 Partners also dove into planning:
Development of the CLIL methodological guidebook
Structure of the digital mentoring programme and e-platform
Strategies for dissemination, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement

👏 A huge thank you to our hosts in Reus and all project partners for the productive discussions and inspiring energy. The journey ahead is exciting—and we’re proud to be working together toward inclusive, innovative language education in Europe.
